Terms of use

These terms apply to vanshikatanwani.com, the fan club, and everything you buy or book through it. vanshikatanwani.com is the official website of the artist Vanshika Tanwani and carries her name; it is run by Next Inology Private Limited (CIN U72200RJ2021PTC078220, registered office 304 Shankeshwar Darshan, Inspiring Street, Pali, Rajasthan 306401, India, email [email protected], phone +91 73740 10010), which sells everything on it, takes all payments and issues all invoices. These terms are an agreement between you and Next Inology Private Limited. By using the site you accept them.

1. Who can use what

• Anyone can browse the public site.
• You must be 18 or older to buy anything, book anything (experiences, calls, tickets), or join a paid membership tier. Your date of birth is checked before checkout. Giving a false date of birth is a breach of these terms.
• One person, one account. Your account is linked to your WhatsApp number and protected by a 6-digit MPIN you choose. Keep both secure, and never share your MPIN or a login code with anyone; we will never ask for them.
• Messages. Service messages (login codes, confirmations, reminders, receipts, account and security notices) are part of the service and always go to you on WhatsApp and email, and as web push if you allowed it. Marketing broadcasts need your consent; reply STOP to stop them.
• Closing your account. There is no self-serve deletion. Write to [email protected] and we will close your account and erase your data as described in the Privacy notice.

2. Fan club memberships

• Tiers, prices and perks are shown on /club at the time you join.
• Paid tiers renew automatically (monthly or yearly) through Razorpay until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime in /me/club to stop the next renewal. Your membership keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling doesn't refund charges already made.
• Upgrades: you can move up to a higher tier at any time. You pay only the difference for the days left in your current paid period: (new price − current price) × days left ÷ days in the period, rounded to whole rupees (at least ₹1). The higher tier starts as soon as that payment goes through, and from your next renewal you are charged the higher tier's price.
• Downgrades: a lower tier starts at your next renewal. You keep your current tier until then, and there is no refund for the difference.
• If we refund a membership charge or upgrade (because we couldn't deliver it, or charged you by mistake), the membership ends on the day of the refund and stops renewing.
• Every charge gets an invoice from Next Inology Private Limited in /me/purchases.
• If a renewal payment fails, member access pauses until it succeeds.
• Perks may change over time; we will tell members about significant changes before they apply.
• A membership does not entitle you to personal contact with Vanshika outside the features the tier includes.

3. Members-only content, lives and downloads

• Members-only posts and downloads are for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Do not record, screenshot for sharing, re-upload, resell or redistribute them. Member images may carry an invisible watermark linked to your account so leaks can be traced.
• Download links expire and allow a limited number of downloads.

4. Lives and 1:1 video calls

• Calls are time-boxed and end automatically at the end of the slot.
• Calls are not recorded unless the booking page says so.
• You must accept the code of conduct before a call. Either side can report or block. If Vanshika can't make your slot, the call is moved to a new time; if we can't do it at all, you are refunded in full.

5. Personal video shoutouts

Shoutouts are personal messages for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries or a bit of motivation. You pay when you send the request. Read the rules before you pay: if we decline a request, for breaking them or for any other reason, it is refunded in full automatically. The following requests are not allowed:

• sexual or suggestive content;
• hateful, harassing or bullying content;
• political content or campaigning;
• impersonation, including asking her to pretend to be someone else or to speak as if endorsing something she has not agreed to;
• commercial use (advertising or promoting a business, product or event) without a separate licence.

Shoutouts are for personal use. Commercial use needs a licence.

6. Experiences

Coffee meets, festive meets and group trips follow the Experiences code of conduct, which you accept before paying. ID verification is required before your first experience. Group trips are operated with a licensed travel partner, whose terms also apply to the trip.

7. Licensing (summary)

• Image licences: each licence covers only the scope, term and territory on its licence certificate. No sublicensing. Originals are delivered through a time-limited link.
• AI-likeness licences: only under a signed agreement. Prohibited uses include nudity or sexual content, political or religious messaging, alcohol, tobacco or betting promotion, defamatory content, deepfake endorsements, and impersonating her in calls or chats. Every output must be labelled "AI-generated" and approved before publication, and approval can be withdrawn with a takedown.
• Anyone can check whether a licence or AI image is authorised on the licensing verification page.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• harass, threaten, stalk or try to meet Vanshika or her team outside what you booked;
• share anyone's personal information without consent;
• post hate speech, sexual content, spam or scams;
• impersonate Vanshika, her team or another person;
• get around paywalls, scrape the site, or interfere with its security;
• abuse payments or chargebacks;
• create new accounts or use other devices to evade a ban.

9. Your comments

You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to display it on the platform. We moderate comments and may hide or remove them, or restrict accounts, under the Community rules.

10. Suspension and bans

We may suspend or ban accounts that breach these terms. A ban blocks future bookings and purchases and may apply to your phone number and device.

11. Our content

All photos, videos and text on the site belong to Vanshika Tanwani or the respective rights holders. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

12. Shop links

Shop My Looks contains affiliate links; we may earn a commission. Products are sold by third-party stores, whose terms, prices and returns apply.

13. All sales are final, unless we cancel

Everything sold on vanshikatanwani.com is digital or a booked service, so all sales are final: there are no refunds for a change of mind, a missed booking or a request to cancel. If we have to move an event, live, call or experience, your booking carries over to the new date or time. Only what is still on can be bought or booked: nothing that has started, ended, been cancelled or closed. A payment that reaches us too late is refunded in full automatically.

If we cancel something or can't deliver it, you get a full refund to your original payment method, which usually takes 5–7 working days. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded too. We start these refunds ourselves and tell you on WhatsApp and by email. See the Refund policy for the details.

14. Liability

We provide the platform with care but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. Please contact us first at [email protected]; most issues are resolved quickly. Complaints can also go to our Grievance Officer, Shreyans Bokadiya ([email protected], +91 73740 10010).

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The date on this page shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on the site.
