Good questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Your club in your account. Nothing renews after that, and your membership keeps working until the end of the month or year you’ve already paid for. Cancelling doesn’t refund payments already made.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay. Memberships renew automatically on the same method; you get a GST invoice for every charge.
How do I log in?
With your WhatsApp number: we send a 6-digit code there, then you enter your own 6-digit MPIN (you set it on your first login). Forgot the MPIN? Tap “Forgot MPIN?” and we email a reset code to the address on your profile; without an email, contact support.
Do I need to be 18?
Paid tiers, shoutouts and purchases are 18+ only. Bestie is open to everyone with a verified number.
What kind of content is it?
The same standard as my Instagram: fashion, behind the scenes, travel and everyday life. Never anything explicit.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Move up any time from Your club: you pay only the difference for the days left in the period you’ve paid for, and the higher tier starts that day. From your next renewal you pay the new tier’s price. Moving down starts at your next renewal, and there’s no money back for the current period. On UPI Autopay or eMandate the bank can’t switch plans, so we ask you once to approve a new autopay for the new tier; nothing is charged until your next renewal, and without the approval your membership ends at the end of the current period.
Is my membership private?
Yes. Other members only see your first name next to comments. Member photos are personal to you, please don't share them.
